Banyan Tree Cabo Marqués has partnered with local healthcare providers to offer onsite COVID-19 testing. Antigen and PCR testing will be available for an extra charge. Tests must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance and preferably prior to guest arrival, considering the departure date stipulated in the reservation. Antigen results are delivered between 24 and 48 hours after the sample is taken, and PCR results between 48 and 72 hours, during weekdays after the sample is taken (Monday-Friday, except public holidays). Results are delivered via email. It is highly suggested to take the sample 3 days prior to your flight.
The onsite testing program helps guests adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s new requirement. Banyan Tree Cabo Marques, along with the Banyan Tree Group, is committed to going the extra mile to ensure a Safe Sanctuary for both guests and associates. The Safe Sanctuary Program consists of 41 areas which cover the various aspects of a guest’s journey and incorporate new standards and protocols for health, assurance and wellbeing. Measures balance the need for hygiene and safety with the delivery of Banyan Tree's signature experiences.
