- Room rates are subject to 16% VAT, 10% service charge and 3% lodging tax, based on single or double occupancy. All prices are quoted in US (dollars) and are subject to change without previous notice.
- Children under 12 can be accommodated at no additional cost sharing the same room with their parents.
- A third adult in the room is subject to an additional charge per night plus 16% VAT, 10% service charge and 3% lodging tax.
- Extra beds are offered at an additional cost per night plus 16% VAT and are subject to availability. Cots are available at no additional cost subject to availability.

- Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid the charge for one night plus VAT.
- Pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg will be accepted at the hotel. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bar and pool areas due to sanitary regulations. In public areas, the use of a leash or a pet suitcase is required at all times. For safety, pets should never be left alone in the room. In order to pamper your pets we offer a bed, a toy and a water dish, all this with additional charge and previous reservation.
