Hotel Credit Terms & Conditions

• The credit is per room per night and cannot be carried over to the next night stay

• The credit cannot be combined and used together, only one credit per room per stay is applicable

• The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, room discount or any other discount

• The credit will be forfeited if not used during the stay

• The credit will be cancelled if the room rate booked is changed to a non-eligible rate during the stay

• Spa credit only applicable when book through Brand website

• Offer cannot be changed or cancelled once booked

• Credit card will be charged equal to the cost of the entire accommodation/package upon completion of reservation

Flexible Check-in Benefits

• Flexible check-in applies to guests who have indicated their arrival time at the point of booking

• Please note that check-out time will be based on a ’24-hour rolling forecast’, e.g. if a guest in at 7am, his check-out time is 7am on the last day

• Additional fees will be incurred if guests prefer to extend their check-out time

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges thereafter
