• Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) on a per room, per night basis.
• Rates are subject to prevailing taxes.
• Hotel guests are subject to the Malaysian Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night, in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017. Malaysian nationals and permanent residents holding MyPR cards are exempted upon presentation of your ID card upon check-in.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 12:00 pm.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 4:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the hotel's discretion without prior notice, should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature for bookings made online and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• A guest who has pre-paid for the room must present the same credit card used to make the booking upon check in.
• No pets are allowed.
• No durians are allowed to be consumed within the hotel premises.
• The Hotel respectfully request that hotel guests do not smoke in designated non-smoking rooms/ floors and instead use the dedicated outdoor smoking areas. Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in designated non-smoking rooms shall be subject to a cleaning fee of MYR 1,000.00 per night. Should guests be found smoking or have smoked in non-smoking floor area, a separate cleaning fees shall be imposed.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanied by adult, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children 4 to 12 years, accompanied by adult, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.

Other Information

• In line with the latest health and safety protocols set by the Malaysian authorities, MySejahtera check-ins will no longer be required, however, individuals will still be required to declare their risk status prior to checking in to the hotel.
