General Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) per villa per night.

• Rates are subject to a 15% Service Charge and 21% Taxes (5% Lodging Tax and 16% Value Added Tax), subject to change according to local law.

• Check-in time is 15:00 hours, and Check-out time is 12:00 hours.

• Late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

• Late check-out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

• In case of a no-show or early departure, the confirmed room nights' total rate shall be chargeable.

• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation and guarantee policies.

• Reservations will be canceled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.

• Extra-person charges USD 100.00 per person per night, subject to a 15% Service Charge, 5% Lodging Tax, and 16% Value Added Tax.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Guarantee to Credit Card. The original credit card used during booking must be presented during check-in for verification.

• From January 02 to April 19, 2023: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival and two nights of confirmed accommodation charges after that.

• From April 20 to December 20, 2023: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival and 1 night of confirmed accommodation charges after that.

• From December 21 to Jan 01, 2024: Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival and 100% of confirmed accommodation charges after that.

• From January 02 to April 13, 2024: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival and two nights of confirmed accommodation charges after that.

• From April 14 to December 18, 2024: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival and 1 night of confirmed accommodation charges after that.

• From December 19, 2024, to January 01, 2025: Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival and 100% of confirmed accommodation charges after that.
